Cover Pages: (2 pages) One with a boy and one with a girl.
Poem: Color the border and decorate the cake for your mother.
Mother’s Picture: Draw of picture of your mom inside the frame.
Handprint: Trace around your hand. Write the word mom on the palm and then write words that describe your mom on each finger and thumb.
Acrostic Poem: Write a word that begins with each letter in the word MOTHER that will describe what she means to you.
I Love Mom Coloring Page: Color the page to give to your mother and tell her why she is your #1 MOM.
Locket for Mom: (2pages) Cut out the heart with the word MOM written on it. Write a message to your mom on the locket with the lines for writing. Then staple the edge of the locket where the hinge is so your mom can open it to see your message.
Family Tree: (2 pages) Put the names of your mother, father, brothers and sisters on the leaves with a marker. (If you don’t have enough room, just put their initials.) Color your leaves, cut them out and glue each one on your Family Tree. Put your last name on the grass under the tree.
Mom & Me: Write a word or words in each oval to tell about things that you and your mom like to do together.
Writing Prompt: Tell mom why you think she deserves a bouquet of beautiful flowers.
