Who doesn't love a good conspiracy theory? Certainly our high school students do! When I initially introduced the idea of questioning the authorship of Shakespeare's works, the kids were just not willing to move on.
The next year, I came up with this basic lesson/unit plan. I fill in the details a little differently every year, but I always come back to this sketch. I even give it to my kids - they like having the sketches because it makes them feel more invested in the process.
