This 14 page document is a Programmed Reading on Wilson's 14 Points and the Versailles Treaty. This includes:
-7 page Programmed Reading packet (description below)
-Summary Question where students must pick which was the best treaty and justify their answer
-Graphic Organizer on the main points of the Versailles Treaty
-Answer sheets for the Programmed Reading.
I have used this as both an in class activity, a homework activity and sometimes both. My students love the programmed readings as they make it easy to find answers.
The programmed reading packet has text in the left column and questions in the right column. Answers can be found in the text next to the question. In this packet, students will have a reading about Wilson's 14 Points and the final Versailles Treaty. Included are also 2 political cartoons for students to answer questions and a culminating question that requires a paragraph answer plus a graphic organizer where students will detail the key points of the Treaty of Versailles.
Of all my programmed reading packets, my students consistently tell me this one is the best one. I hope you find it useful.
