Use this along with all of your favorite Turkey or Thanksgiving Read Alouds. The materials are most closely geared to kindergarten skills, but can be used with any students needing reinforcement of the skills listed below.
There are Ten Frame Cards, Turkey Counting Cards, Number Cards, Cards with Capital and Lower Case letters too.
This collection of activities focuses on the skills of letter recognition, numbers and counting to 10 and sight words (dolch list words for pre-k and kindergarten).
You will get materials for centers and games that will help strengthen these skills with developmentally appropriate activities.

You can use the three different cards for matching (two sets or all three: number, number of turkeys and ten frame cards)
If you play memory, choose two different sets, and add the “TURKEY DINNER” CARD AND THE “WINNER WINNER” CARD. Who ever gets that set first is the winner!

Dolch words for PreK and Kindergarten ( 128 words) The children roll the dice and read the word on the corresponding list. Then they check it off. A fun game for your literacy center for practicing sight words. It would also make a good take home activity!
