Page 9- Addition Color Code Sheet- Students solve the equations and color according to the colors which they derive from their answers.
Page 10- One Half Words-Brainstorm words about Winter with the class. Have students write these words into one half of the snowman.
Page 11- Cut and Paste within the third fraction- students cut out each shape and paste into one third of the snowman.
Page 12- Bookmarks/Label- Students color in each bookmark, cut out and use. One label or brief writing sheet.
Page 13- Label and Paste. Students cut out each label and paste next to the appropriate part.
Page 14- Writing Page- Using either writing prompts, free writing or diary writing ideas, have students write about things to do with Winter.
Page 15- Puzzle. Have students color in and then cut according to the lines. They can then re-paste this sheet onto larger colored sheets or in their books.
Page 16- Acknowledgement sheets.
