What educators are saying

I sent this home with my preschoolers on the last day of school, before Christmas break. Parents always ask for things to do with their child and this was perfect!
Love the activity suggestions for families, best of all it is totally worksheet fun and encourages learning at home with a parent.

Description

If you're on the lookout for Winter Break Activities parents, guardians, and families can do with their preschool or Kindergarten students - THIS IS IT!

Do you have parents/families request activities for their child to do over the winter break? Or do you want to make sure your students have something to keep their skills sharp? Then this is what you are looking for! This packet full of activities helps to keep your students' skills fresh in their minds.

All of the activities in this packet keep your little ones busy without simply being busy work. Some of the activities require an adult's help and supervision (threading popcorn, making a peanut butter pine cone bird feeder, making a shopping list and going shopping), but many can be done independently with an adult's directive and check-in at the end (practicing writing your name, counting to 100, sorting objects).

You can request parents help students complete specific activities, a certain number of activities, or just send this home and hope that your students do not forget everything you've worked so hard to teach them so far this year! There are 50 activities that focus on math, reading, writing, and even life skills! (phone number, tying shoes, zipping coat, etc.)

This document is provided in both pdf and Word format so you can modify it to fit your needs! There are three sheets to print off for families in a list format, so there's very little ink to print.

Thanks for looking!
