Materials Needed: tweezers or tongs, pompoms, lacing, yarn, hole puncher, clothespins, scissors, glue, crayons, dot stickers, bingo daubers, playdough, giant push pin or golf tee

Winter Fine Motor Centers

1] Tweezers or Tongs Work Station – Mitten Counting – Use tweezers or tongs to place a pompom on each circle and match the number. – comes with:
a] 12 Mittens (dotted 1-12)
b] 12 Snowball Numbers (1-12)

2] Color Your Own Lacing Cards – Color and punch holes around card. Use yarn and a plastic needle (or hardened glue) to lace around the edges – comes with:
a] 6 Lacing Cards

3] Winter Alphabet Poke Paths – Color the pictures. Lay a piece of craft foam under the paper. Using a giant push pin (I got mine at Staples), poke the letters along the path starting with the letter A/a. Kids can quietly recite each letter as they poke. - comes with:
a] 3 Uppercase Poke Path Sheets
b] 3 Lowercase Poke Path sheets

4] Winter Numbers Poke Paths – Color the pictures. Lay a piece of craft foam under the paper. Using a giant push pin (I got mine at Staples), poke the numbers along the path starting with the lowest number. Kids can quietly recite each number as they poke. - comes with:

5] Pencil Control Paths (Tracing) - comes with:
a] 3 Sheets of Tracing Dotted Lines
b] 3 Sheets of Tracing Inside a Path
c] 3 Sheets of Tracing With Lifting the Pencil In Between

6] Tangles – Following and tracing within a path. Connect the friends by tracing a different color on each path. - Set of 6.

7] Punch The Snowflakes – 8 Punch Cards - Color the picture, then punch each snowflake to strengthen hands. Hang in a window or use for good behavior. You can also have them string yarn through the holes for mini lacing cards.

8] Winter Things Beginning Sounds Clip Cards – Look at the picture then use a clothespin to clip the matching initial letter. - Set Of 12 Cards

9] Color, Snip, Glue – Provide several thin strips of winter colored paper, scissors, and glue. Students will color in the picture and snip squares from the strips. They will glue the squares to make the border. Includes 6 different pictures.

10] 4 Scissor Skill Worksheets – includes:
a] 3 Cutting Lines
b] 1 Cut and Paste Shapes

11] Count and Sew - Snowman Dice Counting 1-24 – Print on cardstock and laminate. Punch holes on the sides of each card. Provide lacing. Students will add the snowman dice and sew the correct number card to the dice card. - comes with:
a] 24 Snowman Dice Cards
b] 24 Snowman Number Cards

12] Number Strip Puzzles – Laminate and cut into strips. Two different levels for each puzzle, 6 pieces or 10 pieces. - comes with:
a] 6 Puzzles (3 pictures, 2 levels)

13] Dot Sticker Fine Motor Fun – Provide dot stickers. Students will place one dot on each circle then color. - Set of 6.

14] Wintry Mazes – Puzzles range in difficulty. - Set Of 8

15] Pompom Color Match Transfer Activity – You will need pompoms in the following colors: red, pink, green, brown, purple, blue, orange, white, yellow. Students will simply transfer a pompom with tweezers or tongs onto the circles of the matching color picture. Includes a set of 10 pictures. The tenth picture contains multiple colors.

16] Snowflake Bingo Dabber Sheets - Counting 0-20 – comes with:
a] 21 Bingo Dabber Counting Sheets (0-20)

17] Snowball Fight Playdough Counting Mats (Counting 0-20) - Laminate. Roll playdough into a snake to form the numbers. Make playdough snowballs, matching each number. – comes with:
