This is a coordinate graphing activity of a snowflake. The first page is actually the answer key of the finished snowflake. The first direction sheet is ideal for a 6th grade group using the common core standard 6.NS.6 on graphing ordered pairs. The ordered pairs are given in whole and half units, ex: (5,-2.5). Students should connect points as they go working down the page. The second direction sheet is more ideal for an 8th grade group using the common core standards relating to reflections in the geometry unit. Students are given the ordered pairs to graph in quadrant I, and then to complete reflections over the x and y axis to complete the snowflake. The fourth page is the blank student graphing page. I hope you enjoy!
