Winter Snowman Number Sense Puzzles 1-10
This number sense puzzle activity with a winter/ Christmas theme includes full page COLOR & BLACK and WHITE puzzles with the numbers one through ten represented in 4 different ways- snowman numbers (1-10), number words on a snow scene (one- ten), ten frames using snowballs as the dots, and a picture representation of each number using snowflakes. Children match the numeral, number word, picture and ten frame together.
The puzzles help to strengthen counting and cardinality skills, in particular by reinforcing subitizing skills. The snowman theme makes the puzzles ideal for winter math centers!
