What educators are saying

This resource was useful and engaging for helping my students develop and practice skills for describing.
Thanks for a great visual support with a winter theme to build describing and vocabulary with one of my at home students!

Description

Winter can be a drag! Bring some cold fun into your speech therapy sessions with this interactive set of activities. It's great for preschool to school age which helps out SLPs that cover a large range of clients/students/ This set includes an interactive book, make and take booklet, a coloring activity, pictures for the sensory bin and a smash mat that can be used with playdoh, mini erasers, bingo chips or "snowballs" (cotton balls!).

Begin your session with the interactive book to introduce the vocabulary. Follow that up with the coloring activity. On the second day, have your students complete the make and take book (instant homework!!). Use the smash mat as a quick review before the speech therapy session is over. Sprinkle in a sensory bin for extra fun!
