This is a fun winter activity that gets the students following directions and sharing about themselves! Just copy the Snowman Glyph templates and read aloud each option as the students decide which one is most true for them and color their snowman piece by piece accordingly. It is fun when you are done to have the students look at their neighbors glyph and tell the class something they learned about them based in how they colored it in. Or, you can have the compare and contrast their glyphs! The students can mount these against blue or gray construction paper next to the directions page and then you can hang them up on a bulletin board titled : Get To ‘Snow’ Us!
