The Winter Olympics are coming soon. Have fun learning about the winter games while completing a lapbook. The finished product will be great for a display at the end of any Winter Games themed unit you might be planning. Are you researching a country, athlete or sport? This lapbook contains blank fold-its for you to fill in with the information you are finding. I have also included a couple of helpful websites for you to use.

-Medal count chart (2 options follow your own country or compare four countries. Your students will be able to track their country and/or compare them to three other countries.
-Pocket to hold research on an athlete or sport. There are eight different sports to chose from and both male and female clipart for the athletes. The fold-it comes with single spaced or 1.5 spaced lines to write on.
-Mascots pocket to hold cards you make about the three mascots for the winter games.
-Country profile flipbook (2 options - one with labels to research and a blank one for you to add your own labels. There are blank flags for students to color to add to the flipbook. Countries include: Canada, Germany, United States, Norway, South Korea, Switzerland, Russia, France, Austria, Netherlands, Sweden, China.
