These daily holiday-themed questions, featuring sight words and picture cues, allow your class to “check in” each day by sharing their response to a fun daily question. The 50 questions include Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, New Year's Day and more!
The 50 questions in this set contain pictures cues and use many high frequency words, encouraging beginning readers to read the questions independently. Most are yes/no questions, but a few have different responses.
This set of questions allows students to share their response with a name card in a pocket chart. (Response cards are 3.5"X3.5").
After responding to the questions, the information can later be used to create graphs and compare responses.
This set of questions allows students to share their response by signing their name under their response, providing an authentic reason to practice name writing!
Also available as Pocket Chart Cards.
The Winter Holidays Version of this set includes 50 questions relating to popular holidays in Dec., Jan. and Feb., including:
• Las Posadas
• New Year's Day
• Chinese New Year
• Groundhog Day
• President's Day
The information gathered from these questions can later be used during math to create graphs and to compare responses. This is a great way to make graphing meaningful to students!
These are completely NEW questions and would be a perfect supplement to the set of 30 Winter Questions.
