These activities can be used to supplement your whole group lessons or can stand alone as math tub/center activities. Best of all they meet common core standards in an enjoyable and engaging way!
Four activities are included that review fact families, writing and ordering numbers to 1000, graphing (bar graphs or line plots), and missing numbers in addition and subtraction equations.
1) Frosty Fact Families--students put puzzles together to make fact families and then record the facts on a recording sheet
2) Sledding Path Number Lines--students complete number lines by deciding which 2 numbers are missing and record them on a recording sheet (all 3-digit numbers)
3) Graphing Our Gifts--students use spinners to tally gifts and then make either a bar graph or line plot to show their data
4) Snowball Splat--students use addition or subtraction to complete number sentences for facts up to 20 and record answers on a recording sheet
