Three different sets of recording sheets and game cards are included on this file. I prefer to use the first set as an introductory, whole-class activity, and then use the second and third sets as a learning center for the remainder of the season or month. An additional file with Sets 4, 5, & 6
is available for purchase to extend the fun well throughout the season.
There are two methods of play; solely dependent upon the amount of time you have available in preparation for this fun activity. Students play by solving the problems on game cards or recording sheets, self-check their answers using provided answer keys, and if correct, they move along the leaf-covered trail of stepping stones.
