In this winter mindfulness activity, students will participate in a mindfulness exercise to explore the things that help them to calm their bodies when things feel out of control or chaotic! Use the mindfulness script included to lead students through the exercise and reflect on their experience of peace or calmness. Students then create a snow globe craft and identify things that help them feel calm. This includes a mindfulness script and cut and no-cut craft printables. This activity is perfect for classroom guidance lessons or small group counseling.
