My students love to do "math packets" when they finish their assigned math pages. This one was great because there was no prep involved, other than running off copies of the math worksheets. Your kiddos can grab scissors, pencil, and glue stick and pretty independently complete the worksheets. It helped them practice their number sense standards, and the NBT common core state standards. There are 6 different worksheets which include:
* double-digit addition
* matching numbers that are written in different formats (2 games)
* skip-counting by 10's (with 2-digit #'s that don't end in "0")
* ordering numbers from least to greatest
* finding 4 or more addition sentences that add up to the same #
When they finish the worksheets, they can color the festive graphics.
This packet is the exact same math packet as my "Christmas (No Prep) Math Packet", only with "winter" graphics instead of Christmas graphics.
