This fun and festive winter snow globe craft activity will help your students practice making equivalent fractions. This resource is very easy to use—the only prep is printing! Included in this resource are 30 numbered snow globes so that each of your students will have a unique project. Students will use the fraction found on their snow globe to write equivalent fractions on the cut-and-paste snowflakes. Also included is an extra practice worksheet for your early-finishers!
This craft is fun for students, looks great in classroom displays, and helps your students practice important math skills! Students will need glue, scissors, and colors in order to complete this activity. Grade-level scissor skills are needed to complete the craft; however I have also included a copy where snowflakes are already in the snow globe in case you have a student with below-level scissor skills.
