Teach With Me

No matter what grade I taught, my students LOVED making glyphs.

They are a quick, easy and fun way to practice listening and following directions.

They also provide a "hard copy" to use as proof that a child does or doesn't.

Completed projects make an adorable bulletin board, as each one will be different, and they are an interesting way to get to know your students.

I've included a poster to add some extra pizzazz to your display.

There are 2 snowman head patterns to choose from. Pick your favorite or give children a choice.

To practice data collection & analysis, as well as process of elimination, have students try and figure out who made some of the snowman glyphs.

To do this I've included a partner worksheet game, as well as an independent "Solve the Snowman Mystery" worksheet game.

I've also included 4 graphing extensions to practice another math standard.

I'm Diane from Teach With Me, hoping your students enjoy making a snow folk glyph, as much as mine do.
