Students will use critical thinking skills to determine what they can take on a dogsled visit to camp at the north pole. Students are given a supply list with weights and cost of supplies. Students must determine what they can take and what they must leave behind. Writing prompts will have them to defend their decisions and give the rationale for what they deem important and what they do not. Teacher can change the amounts budgeted which makes for easy differentiation to this winter fun!
