This is a winter themed variation of Silly Creatures Number Logic Puzzles
, a fun little booklet that your students can put together in about 3 minutes and features 2 kinds of objects to decipher. This version involves three different objects to interpret, which will really give them something fun to do and most likely fry their brains by working logically - and because this is something you purchased from me, your kids will also have a chance to make their own puzzles to share with one another. Ain’t that cool?
I made these puzzles in 3 versions: the first two are b&w and color, which get printed on one side of two sheets of paper. When assembled, you have a booklet that is 6 pages long with 5 problems; the back sides are blank, where your students can write down how they arrived at their solutions. The last is “DIY’ problems which your students can fill out, swap and then make their own booklets. Pretty cool, no?
These are winter themed puzzles - they are identical to those found in Three Part Number Logic Problems
If you look at these problems closely, you'll see these are simultaneous equations that use 3 different variables. That means that you're teaching 11th grade math to little kids. Or you can give these to your algebra kids and have them solve them using all the tools you've given them.
