PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

These fun, no prep writing prompts will get childrens' creative juices flowing! These prompts are intended to get children thinking "out of their box" and provide them with opportunities to really build their story-telling skills!

This set includes 30 prompts (16 winter themed and 14 "holiday" themed, including New Year) that range from simpler prompts such as "If I could be any hibernating animal (like a polar bear), I would be a ______ because _________" to more in-depth prompts like "One day, while on a walk in the park, you come across a winter friend who does not belong in your part of the world. It’s a polar bear! He needs to get back to the arctic, but you have to stay safe and bears can be dangerous. Tell about how you help the polar bear get home safely."

Recommended for grades K-3.

These pages are perfect for you to simply print, cut, and display for class use or for them to cut and glue into their writing journals/pages.
