Word work is so important at the primary level - make it FUN with these winter themed cut and glue NO PREP word work worksheets. These interactive worksheets include handwriting practice, scissor skills, glueing, reading, spelling, and more! Your students will love these engaging and hands-on worksheets.

These worksheets are designed to enrich the Handwriting Without Tears curriculum. Students will read, trace, write, find, cut, and glue 15 different winter themed words. The included words are: snow, sled, igloo, coat, cold, hat, ice, ski, scarf, holiday, skate, winter, chilly, snowman, and migrate.

Before becoming a teacher, I was a graphic designer for Disney (specializing in typography and layout). I collaborated with an early childhood occupational therapist to create a product that is specifically designed for success and confidence in reading, writing, and fine motor skills. The reason I created these is because I could not find anything of this standard for my five year old son. Many other handwriting and activity worksheets out there do not meet the appropriate size, scale, spacing, and proportions needed for success in these areas. When a primary level worksheet is designed incorrectly, it can lead to frustration and dislike of the subject for the child. For young students, the actual design of the worksheet is as important as the content.

I also offer this resource in a fall version. If you're looking for alphabet practice only, please check out my Handwriting Without Tears worksheets.
