This Bundle includes all three monthly Worry Journals for the winter months. These social emotional learning tools are designed to help kids navigate their anxieties and worries. Worries often have a rhythm to them based on the time of year. Each month holds it's own stressors and transitions which can be a lot for kids to navigate.

***If you're interested in trying any of these units to see if they're a good fit, I give away the first week of each unit HERE.

Each monthly journal includes four weeks of prompts. Each week contains five daily tasks/exercises to drive home key concepts. The material for each week comes in two formats: an outline format and a mini-book format. This allows the instructor to decide which format works best based on the children they are working with.

My goal is to tie in the things that children will be experiencing that month. For example, in December there is a focus on changes in routines given that the holidays mean a lot of routine changes.

Below you will find the break down of what I choose to focus on each week:

December Worry Journal:

Week 1: What is a worry?

Week 2: Worries come in all sizes

Week 3: Worries and the holidays

Week 4: Worries and changes in routine

January Worry Journal:

Week 1: Worries are unique

Week 2: Worry Tools (calm down strategies)

Week 3: Worry Goals (goal setting and planning)

Week 4: Worries and feelings

February Worry Journal:

Week 1: What is community?

Week 2: What is compassion?

Week 3: What is self-compassion?

Week 4: Asking for help when you're worried or upset

Life can be a LOT to navigate. I hope these journals give you some lanugage and tools to help the little people in your world.

As always, I truly hope these tools help the children in your life to THRIVE!
