PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This is part of Reading Through History's unit covering the Great Depression. In this download there are four separate lessons dealing with major female figures of the 1930s. The first covers the life and contributions of Eleanor Roosevelt. The following three lessons include biographies of Margaret Mitchell, Amelia Earhart, and Babe Didrikson Zaharias. For each lesson there is a one page reading activity followed by reading comprehension questions, guided reading activities, vocabulary activities, student summaries, and a student response essay question. This download includes enough material to cover three to four days in a standard 50 minute class.

The entire Great Depression Bundle is available here: The Great Depression Bundle
