Are you looking for a way to introduce students to a variety of influential and important women during Women's History Month without spending entire class periods focused on lectures and taking notes? The Women's History Month Collaborative Project is a student-centered activity that turns your students into researchers and teachers. Students will work together with a group of their classmates to research a specific woman and create a product that can educate their classmates on that person.
Teachers will LOVE that they get to sit back and facilitate while their students do the thinking, creating, and teaching. In addition, everything that you will need to implement this activity has been included along with a variety of options and editable features that allow you to customize information to better fit the needs of your students. Students will LOVE that they are in control of their learning and that they are offered a variety of products that they can create.
