Product Description
The lessons in this bundle are a Women’s History Unit based on African queens. It comprehensively combines social studies and language arts for teachers to provide students with a well-rounded, standards-based education. The purpose of the unit is to provide teachers with common core aligned lessons and strategies that teach Women’s history, African history and literacy. The lessons in this unit are based on African Women who played significant roles that most believe were only filled by men. These women were warriors and leaders as well as mothers and wives.
