A "Wonder Wall" is a great place for students to develop questions and ask questions.
A Wonder Wall can be a versatile place - it can be a space on a white board, bulletin board, poster, etc.
Students can use post-its, pens, dry erase markers, etc. to share their "wonder"
It is great when placed next to a project board to focus student thinking/questions on a certain topic; or it can be open ended and students can just share their random curiosities. Topics can be chosen and talked about during Carpet Time, Morning Meeting, Community Meeting, when you have 5 minutes left before the bell, etc.
