There are approximately five vocabulary words introduced each week. You could do a different word each day and have students complete this form during their independent work or have students choose one or two a week to complete based on need in small groups. I would suggest including a sentence starter for your below level students at the beginning of the year.
I hope that these are helpful for you and your students. If you have questions please e-mail me at email@example.com or visit my blog at www.alibraryandgarden.blogspot.com.
