This is a folder/binder type word-building activity. It includes two levels of instruction. The higher level students choose letters to spell the sight words. Lower level students can match letter to letter to spell each word. I use this activity in my special education classroom as independent work time. To extend the activity for higher-level students, I take pictures on my iPad and have them check their work using the stored photos on the iPad. As a bonus, all students will get the word/spelling reinforcement while looking through ipad pictures.
