Word Families Roll, Read, and Cover

These printables are intended to be used as an independent activity. They could also be used in small groups. Students need the mat, a die, and counters. They roll the die, pick a word in the row, read it, and cover it up. Then they roll again and repeat until all the words are covered up.

Included are short vowel word families, long vowel word families, and vowel variant word families. Most pages have two or more word families combined.
