Product Description
Word Family Sorting Cards

These cards can be used to practice sorting words by the word family they belong to. These cards can all be used once as a big sort or in smaller groupings based on the needs of the student. There are 16 different word family sets in this product with 5 words to be sorted within each. You could also choose to print out the black and white line pages and have students cut and paste them onto a separate sheet.

This set of cards come in two different styles - with and without captions. You can choose between two versions to suit the needs of your students. Also included is a black and white line version of both cards to save ink. This product has two different recording sheets that you can have students use after sorting these cards.

These cards can be printed out on cardstock and laminated. I recommend storing cards in a small container for student use. Each card is a great size for sorting within a pocket chart, a table, or even on the floor.
