This phoneme substitution activity will help students develop their phonemic awareness by changing the given word to the final word by changing one letter at a time. This activity requires students to replace the initial, medial or final sounds to create new words.
It's perfect for a literacy center, a follow-up activity or an assessment.
There are 20 cards included.
