Description

Explicit phonics instruction is important. It can be reinforced by ELA centers using an engaging word ladder phonics worksheet activity. It has students practice graphing phonemes to graphemes by manipulating words to create new words, having it be more engaging and create deeper learning.

Word ladders are a no prep way to differentiate word building during ELA centers for struggling, on level, and high achieving or gifted students. They can also be used for homework, must do may do, early finishers, and more.
