This multiplication scavenger hunt is aligned with third grade common core but could be used as a great review for fourth grade as well. There is little prep that goes into this activity so it can be set up and used quickly.
How to use the multiplication scavenger hunt:
To set up the activity you will need to copy a worksheet for each student, print the letter cards and cut them out. Then you need to tape the letter cards around your room.
Each student will get a multiplication worksheet that they work on first. They need to solve each problem, this can be done independently or with a partner. Students will then go find the letter card that matches each answer and make note of what letter corresponds with what answer. When they are done finding all of the letters they can unscramble the letters to solve the fun riddle.
