Description
Word Problem Sort and Solve is a cooperative activity where students will work in groups to sort and solve 12 word problems into four categories: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Students can cut out the cards and paste them onto the category mats. Then they will work together to solve each problems using multiple strategies.
Then, groups of students use a rubric to walk around the room to evaluate other groups.
