Word Sorts for Within Word Patterns -a. -e.

This resources includes word sorts for the long and short sounds/patterns for -a and -e.

This follows the Within Word Patterns for these letters. There are 8 different assignments included that can be assigned to students while in school or through distance learning.

Each assignment is in Google Slides™ format. Students must label the headings for the patterns and then click and drag each word to its correctly labeled box.

-a Sorts:

Long and Short Sounds (2 way sort)

Assignment 1:
