Why give your students a fish when you can TEACH them to fish! With this activity, your students will learn what to do when they encounter new Greek and Latin roots. We can't memorize the definitions for every single root word, because there are simply too many. However, with this technique, readers will increase their vocabulary and comprehension for life!

Standardized tests love finding ways to test students on their word knowledge, especially with deducing words based on context. This activity is perfect for Test Prep!
