Ideas for Use:
Post on word wall for student reference and vocabulary development of English Learners.
Laminate cards and place at writing center and assign a task:
-Write a story (or sentence) using as many of the words as possible.
-Pretend you are going on a vacation to the prairie. Keep a diary describing what you see.
-Alphabetize the words.
-Write a sentence about each animal and identify each part of speech.
