This is a set of bright and colorful word wall words to use for 8th grade math as taught in units 6 and 7 of the Common Core curriculum. Each term includes a visual of the definition, rather than a written definition which allows students to use critical thinking skills when attempting to determine the meaning of the terms. The terms included are line of best fit, no association, negative association, positive association, linear association, non-linear association, outlier, cluster and linear system.
I have included two different sized sets of cards. One set is designed so that you may print two cards per page. The second set is designed so that you can print larger cards that have only one term per page. The larger cards will make it easier for your vision impaired students to read the terms and see the diagrams. It will also make it easier for students who may be sitting closer to the back of the room to see them.
Each may be printed and then glued onto a piece of colored card stock paper to form a colorful frame for each card, and then laminated.
Purchase the complete set of units 1-7 for a $6 discount at the following link. This set included 45 terms!
To achieve the best quality please print in landscape view with the scale set to 100%.
