This JUNIOR VERSION is geared more for 4 to 6th graders...but can be used at any level. This PowerPoint-based game is set up much like Jeopardy, but there are no questions to answer. When you choose that category and amount, a rebus-style animation plays. The students on that team view the looping animation and try to figure out its meaning. They are words, actions and sayings. Some sayings may not be familiar...a great teachable moment! There is a scoreboard at the top of the main page for your convenience. I have played this game with various grade levels and have always had full participation! (Can I say it almost seems addictive?) Give it a try! The answer keys are included as the last slide and can be printed out.The categories are: Food and Drink, Fun Stuff, The Letter "S", Random Sayings and Action Stuff.
