This is a set of 30 task cards, which contain words that end with "er." Students read each word and decide how the "er" functions in each word. Does it mean "one who," does it mean "more or less," or is it just part of the word. Using these task cards when teaching about suffixes is best. These tasks are are great to use at literacy stations, in learning centers, as independent practice, or for game cards. Laminate for durability and repeated use.
