Bundle Description
***This bundle is cheaper because sorts 47 and 48 have been combined into 1 game. This means there are only 4 games in this bundle.***

This is a game bundle for Within Word Pattern sorts 46 - 50.

I used the second edition yellow book to make these games.

Sort 46 - (Past tense ending sounds /d/, /id/, /t/) Connect Four
Sort 47 and 48 - (Long a homophones) Sound Dominoes
Sort 49 - (Long e homophones) Connect Four
Sort 50 - (Long o and i homophones) Connect Four

Sound dominoes involves matching sounds and laying them out like the traditional dominoes game. It can be played by one child or in small groups.

Connect Four is played like the traditional game only students mush match the card to the pattern on the board when laying it down. The first person to have four cards in a row horizontally, vertically or diagonally is the winner.

The words in these games use some of the original words listed in the WTW word list. They also include new words that follow the same pattern in order to extend the sort and teach students to recognize the pattern instead of memorizing the words.
