I've used this checklist several ways with students. The most common way is to let students write down that day's assignments and then the kids are responsible for checking off as they complete and turn in those assignments. Sometimes, I write in all of the day's activities/assignments and then the student is responsible for the checking.
These are made 4 to a page so you can make less copies. You could also laminate and have students use a white board marker each day. If you'd like a word document version of the file so you can adapt it ... just let me know after you download the PDF.
