This is a great assessment tool to use as a Teacher and Student. As a teacher, it has helped me share criteria of what a good student does in terms of work habits and overall behaviour in class. It provides some language to share with a School Based Team, Parents, and the Students themselves.
Teach students to Self-Assess themselves and then reflect in writing on what area they can improve on.
If students are consistently in the Not Yet Meeting space, then support is needed and Executive Functioning strategies may be needed.
