Product Description
I had an idea of what I wanted for my writing center but I just couldn't find it. So, I created Work on Writing center for the month of January. This center includes writing prompts that are geared toward what students learn in the month of January. Hibernation, New Year's, Winter, Martin Luther King and Polar Animals, to name a few. Students have a choice of writing Narratives, Opinions, Letters or How-To's. They just pick the prompt they wish to write, the matching response sheet and go! Some of the responses ask the students to use their imagination such as "You turn into a snowman for the day! Write about what you see." and others ask them to recall actual moments in their life such as "Write about what you did over the winter break." Super easy to assemble! Super fun once you're done!
