Have a new student with some piano experience already under their belt? More often than not, many simply techniques need to be retaught to older students. These two exercises are simple patterns on the staff which provide an opportunity to teach ROUND HAND SHAPE, FLEXIBLE WRISTS, and CURVED FINGERS. The music itself is purposefully uncomplicated to avoid distractions from building technique and artistry.
