A 5-page worksheet designed as a review exercise to help students perform metric conversions using the both the linear method and conversion factor or unit factor method. The review worksheet provides 26 review questions for students to practice their technique.

I use this document as a final review activity that follows my PowerPoint presentation entitled PPT - The Metric System and Metric Conversions, as well as 2 reading/worksheets. Specifically, worksheet (A) introduces the linear method and provides practice problems, while worksheet (B) does the same for the conversion factor or unit factor method.
