This World Landmark Pack is designed to help your child or student learn about 15 different world landmarks. Included for study in this pack are the following landmarks from around the world:

Leaning Tower of Pisa
Saint Basil’s Cathedral

Sydney Opera House
There are more world landmarks than these, but the included 15 are popular and important World Landmarks. As you work through the world landmarks included in this pack your child or student will be introduced to each one, learn about it, learn it significance, and research it through the following educational elements:
Included in this pack is a set of wall cards that can be used as flash cards to be hung up in your school area as your child learns about each world landmark.
Where in the World?
Included is an activity where as your child learns about each world landmark they can track where on the globe each world landmark is located.
Flags of the World
As your child learns about each world landmark your child will also learn about the flag for each landmark’s country of origin.
As your child learns about each world landmark they will be asked to locate the country the world landmark is located in. Then, each country will also have its continent determined and referenced as well.
World Landmark Research
As your child learns about each world landmark then will be asked to research and determine various pieces of information about each world landmark. Since this pack has been designed to be used in any fashion you wish, this research can be done at your local library, with resources you currently own, or under your supervisions on the internet. Feel free to use whatever resources you are comfortable with the complete the research pages.
After your child learns about each world landmark they will then be asked to write, on their own, a short passage pertaining to the world landmark. This writing prompt is open ended so that a child of almost any skill or grade level can complete it by practicing their writing skills.
A coloring and trace page is included for each world landmark so that your child, younger or older, can have a little fun coloring the world landmark as they want to.
