This activity is perfect for students that have practiced with airport vocabulary in Spanish or any other foreign language. The students should be in groups of 2.
One student is Person A; the other is person B. The situation is that one student is an airline agent and the other is a customer buying a ticket. They are using an online chat to purchase their ticket.
There are 12 message bubbles (six for each student to complete.) Each bubble has an English prompt i.e. Greet the customer and see if they need help. Ask how much the ticket costs, etc.
Give the students one minute (or more or less) to respond. When time is up, they should pass it to their partner, making it an interpersonal activity.
